The Role

This award-winning, multi-service firm is growing their Employment team and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor to assist with the continued growth and success of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a thriving Employment practice, where you will work with High Net Worth Individuals on sensitive, commercial issues and help develop this growth area.

A Qualified Solicitor with least 10+ year PQE or equivalent is essential
Experience advising on employment issues preferably with more contentious than noncontentious work
A background in a recognised employment practice, ideally with experience of working on boardlevel issues
An interest in changing markets and willingness to learn how to build a practice and offer a client centric approach
Strong client relationship and businessdevelopment skills
A high level of professionalism and integrity
