CLAAS UK is responsible for the distribution and supply of all CLAAS machinery, parts and aftersales support in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.


Job Role

Main Duties

  • To assist our Technical Manager for tractors in providing day to day technical support to our Field Service team and Dealer Technicians. This will be focused towards our portfolio of tractors with additional opportunities to learn about materials handlers, harvesting machines and our range of Digital Solutions in line with seasonal demand.
  • Support with the publication and management of Dealer Service Information and Special Inspections.
  • Liaise with the factory based Technical Support Centres to raise topics from the field and provide feedback as required.
  • Assist with testing of new software and systems to ensure that they meet customer expectations prior to rollout.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • A strong enthusiasm to achieve customer satisfaction
  • A selfmotivated and a driven work ethic
  • Ability to problem solve
  • A valid, current UK Driving licence
  • Experience in a range of agricultural machinery operations
  • Excellent communication and good organisational skills
  • Good IT and literacy skills

Hours of Work
According to the business requirements (Minimum 37.5 hours per week).

This role does not attract an overtime rate.
