We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Lecturer, You will have the opportunity to teach
BTEC Level 5 Business (Pearson) program.

As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Duties:

• Facilitate class discussions and encourage student participation
• Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, and assignments
• Assess student performance through exams, papers, and other forms of evaluation
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
• Maintain regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students
• Stay current with developments in the field of expertise and incorporate relevant information into teaching materials
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and improvement initiatives
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall academic community

Experience:

We are seeking someone who is passionate about Business education and possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

• Substantial experience in a business role within industry. (preferred)
• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to engage students and create an inclusive learning environment
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools for instruction
