Job Overview

Primary Duties

  • Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clientele.
  • Maintain a record of calls, appointments, and significant information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies, implement scripts, and monitor market trends.
  • Exceed the set appointment and performance goals.

We're Looking For
We are eager to meet an individual with a proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.

Superior communication skills and previous experience in a sector that strongly focuses on customer service are required for this role.

The ability to function well both independently and as part of a task-focused team is crucial.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an Appointment Setting or Telesales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A successful track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • The ability to handle work pressures autonomously and independently.
