    Description

    Job Title: Night Supervisor

    We are seeking an experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at a luxury hotel in the Cotswolds.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. This includes managing late check-ins, providing excellent service to guests, handling any food and beverage orders, and preparing the front of house for the next day.

    • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the night shift staff and ensure that all duties are completed efficiently
    • Handle guest emergencies and provide exceptional customer service
    • Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the hotel
    • Co-ordinate the preparation of the front of house for the next day, including cleaning and maintenance tasks

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

    • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a luxury hospitality environment
    • An understanding of food and beverage operations and the ability to manage these areas effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards
    • The ability to drive in case of emergency situations

    What We Offer:

    We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, plus a service charge of £2,500 per year. A live-in option is also available for the right candidate.
