Job Purpose Statement
Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are....

In this initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract you will be responsible for completing daily bank reconciliations, the banking of cheques received as required, administering suspense accounts, tenant rent deposits and assisting in the direct debit collection.

There will be additional tasks on an Ad-Hoc basis as instructed from the Banking Supervisor. Columbia Your role will be part of our well established Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Team

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:


  • Responsible for daily bank reconciliations in accordance with agreed deadlines
  • Responsible for the production of reconciliations, including bank suspense accounts in accordance with agreed deadlines and team procedures
  • Responsible for the administration of tenant rent deposits, including following the opening and closing process
  • To share responsibility for resolving all queries received by the AR Central Inbox withing agreed timescales
  • To assist in the direct debit collection and cheque banking process as required
  • To assist in the quarterly write off process as directed by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor
  • To share responsibility for the Frontier to Horizon reconciliation as directed by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor
  • To administer any other additional tasks on an adhoc basis as instructed by the AR Supervisor
