Personal Injury Solicitor / Team Leader
I am recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor / Team Leader for a Global Insurer with offices in Manchester.

Role Overview
You will work for a global insurer in their EL/PL legal claims handling team in Manchester. The clients you will represent will predominantly be commercial SME's.

The purpose of this role is to lead a claims team to achieve operational, and quality targetswhilst delivering upon targets.

You will spend the majority of your time guiding your team, resolving queries and problems, providing clear goals, and developing your teams professional and technical capabilities.

Team Leader experience
Experience of dealing with large value claims
Experience of complex claims queries
Experience of running own caseload.
IT literate
