An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company who support people who have suffered life-changing injuries.

We support case managers across the country who manage and coordinate rehabilitation for our clients, to ensure that they achieve their maximum level of independence and quality of life.


We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive admin assistant to join us in our Ferndown office working as part of our small but very friendly head office team.

Salary - Dependent on experience

The role involves:

  • You working closely with our case managers, clients and instructing parties
  • Being responsible for answering calls and managing referrals
  • Assisting in maintaining and organizing client files
  • Assisting the head office team to provide the best service possible to our clients by being responsive and personable

You will need to have:

  • An ability to work within a team, making a positive contribution.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Being organised and able to deal with changes to normal routine to deal with unplanned issues.
  • Attention to detail and desire to be accurate.
  • Able to use at a basic plus level Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel plus Microsoft Outlook and Team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • A solution focused approach

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
