Description
Exeter Trade Aluminium are a successful and growing business with a friendly office and fabricating team. We manufacture high quality aluminium windows, bi-folding doors and sliding doors at our modern Exeter production facility.


About the role:


The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all Goods Inwards are complete and of an acceptable quality and that the factory has all of the products it needs, when it needs them, to meet production schedules.


Day-to-day responsibilities involve:

  • Managing all incoming stock and deliveries to ensure that stock is always stored safely, without damage and is easily locatable, along with updating all paperwork and records accordingly.
  • Ensuring all goods received are of an acceptable standard to the company before accepting them and dealing with any quality issues effectively.
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained at the correct levels for efficient and effective working throughout the company.
  • Monitoring Goods Inwards and recording delivery dates, identifying any impacts on the manufacturing schedule and reporting deficiencies.
  • Procuring profile, hardware, sealed units and materials as necessary in a timely manner to ensure stock levels are maintained and ensuring project lead times are met.
  • Ensuring all elements of orders are effectively collated, prepared and loaded for deliveries to meet timelines or for collection by the customer.

£23,028.00 to £25,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.00pm
