Description

Due to constant business growth, our client a respected and successful Independent Estate Agency is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team in Gloucester.

Working hours of a Property Manager:

Monday to Friday 9 am pm
1 in 6 Saturdays 9.30 am pm

Our client is offering the successful Property Manager:

£20,000
£22,000 basic DOE

- £24,000 - £26,000 OTE

As a Property Manager, your role will involve the following:

Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
Prepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual paperwork

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:

12 months minimum property management experience
Local knowledge would be ideal but not essential
Great Customer Service skills
Organised
Problem-Solving skills
Articulate
