Account Manager
We are looking to recruit for a small, friendly, and inviting office in Ruislip.
This company work within the engineering sector and would ideally like to recruit somebody who has scheduled engineers or repairs and maintenance issues.
However, they could be open to recruiting a bubbly, positive and experienced sales support/customer service administrator.Personality is key for this team as they are a small but yet busy, buzzy team.
You will be account managing works in the process and making sure all completions are followed through to the end.
Account Manager duties:
- Managing reactive maintenance issues
- Making sure all documentation is on the system
- Answering inbound calls
- Scheduling engineers
- Sourcing parts
- Allocating jobs
- Updating customers
