An Academy of Sport Women's Rugby Coach is required to support and coach the Worthing College Women's Rugby Performance programme.


This is a highly professional, busy and committed team which provides a wide range of opportunities for both staff and students.

The College is regarded as a Centre of Sporting Excellence within the FE sector, achieving outstanding results both in and outside the classroom.

We have a strong focus on developing the 'student athlete' and are one of only a few colleges with TASS Dual Career accreditation.

The Academy of Sport has a national reputation and competes for national, regional and county titles annually.
