TrainWithUs is a shared service team, operating remotely our primary focus is to maintain compliance training for our clients across all divisions within M Group Services.

We specialise in maintaining key learning management systems for the Group and organising any training and development needs as required for our clients.

Have you got previous experience gained within a training focused role, and looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills and experience in a supportive team? Would you like the flexibility to work remotely?


As the Training Coordinator, you'll get the opportunity to:

  • Maintaining compliance against a set training matrix, using the Learning Management System (LMS) and Power BI reports
  • Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Providing advisory solutions to problems and queries
  • Plan and coordinate training events
  • Maintaining the online training calendar by liaising with internal delegates and managers to ensure maximum attendance on arranged courses
  • To liaise with external training providers to ensure agreed costs and training standards are met, and work to resolve any issues and complaints.
  • Oversee the on boarding of new people (clients) and training certification upload onto the LMS by the administration team

What you'll bring:


  • You'll have training experience, ideally in a construction/utility background
  • You're able to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail
  • You've gained Handson experience coordinating multiple training events
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Knowledge of learning management systems
  • Forward thinking, looking for new and innovative ways to improve our services and processes
  • Able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs
  • Confident in interpreting data and analysis
  • As this role is based remotely you'll need a high speed internet connection along with a suitable desk and chair
