Description
Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are working with a Modular building company based in the Hull area and they are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Lead operator to join there team.
Please not this role is working away
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production is compliant to all legal and technical requirements
- Assisting in the effective implementation of manufacturing techniques within the production area
- Coordinating material to allocate work and enable people to work effectively
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of housekeeping and safe working practices within the production area
- Set work for production team daily and run team production meetings
- Ensure the continued implementation of the departments Quality Procedures
- Assist Production Manager with preproductions within the area, obtain accurate information to ensure a smooth and effective working day
Requirements:
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Ability to prioritise with effective time management and organizational skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience within a supervisory role. (preferred)
- Background in ModularJoinery
- Blue CSCS card (preferred)
- Working some weekends
- Working with the aftersales team end of line quality checks
- Working on your tools to meet targets
- FLT counterbalance (preferred)
This role is working away 5 days a week
Experience:
- Joinery level 2 & 3 (preferred)
- Multi Skilled in all Modular Buildings (Painting, Joinery, Roofing)
- Team Leader/Supervisor experinced
- Working in a fast pace manufacturing factory.
