NQ Catastrophic Injury Solicitor - Birmingham (Tier 1 Law Firm)
**£45,000
**We are working with a national law firm who are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor/ CILEx to join their Catastrophic Injury team, based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful and progressive catastrophic injuryand complex claims team.
THE ROLE
The firm seeks a newly qualified solicitor to work in their specialist Catastrophic Injury team.
The role involves a focus on the most interesting and challenging areas of defendant insurance litigation, to include providing support on claims of the utmostseverity involving brain injuries, spinal injuries and chronic pain, some of which are valued up to £25m.
You will have the opportunity to handle claims under the direction and supervision from a lead lawyer on complex and high value claims with a particular focus on EL/PL, sporting injuries and niche areas of litigation.
You will also have the opportunity to workon your own caseload.**WHAT EXPERIENCE/QUALITIES DO YOU NEED?
**- Qualified Solicitor with up to 1 year PQE or similar
- Some technical experience of handling injury claims
- The ability to understand or quickly learn how to manage issues around policy coverage, legal liability, how to value a claim, managing and evaluating medical records and expert reports and management of a busy diary of activity
**On offer is a market leading NQ Salary of £45,000 with benefits as a standard. The firm also offer a very flexible hybrid working policy and only require you to be in the office 1/2 days a week.
