What is the opportunity?:


Working as part of a dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our vehicle suppliers and other business partners to enhance your communication and Customer Care Skills.


This is an excellent opportunity that will enable you to build your career within Marshall Leasing and the wider Bank of Ireland business community.


In this role you will -:

  • Follow all company policies and procedures ensure audit accountability for all activities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotes for products, including client feedback to support sales.
  • Receive and check all orders and validate against existing risk limits set by the business.
  • Liaise with suppliers and other 3rdparty fitters to specify and order vehicles to customer requirements.
  • Monitor order progress and ensure delays or other concerns are shared, explained and resolved within acceptable timescales.

  • Strong customer service focus and experience, demonstrating a high standard of service in every customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Methodical and logical problem solving skills
  • An ability to work to timescales and plan and prioritise effectively
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) capability beyond beginner level.
Office based customer service experience
