Description
Responsibilities & duties include but not limited to:
- Answering the telephone in a timely manner
- Chasing orders with carriers/suppliers
- Providing customers with price and availability
- Processing customer orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Participating in sales campaigns from time to time (no cold calling)
- Develop the skills necessary to navigate parts identification software
- Work closely with our warehouse and accounts departments
- Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role
- To adhere to Health and Safety standards according to the company policy for both customers, colleagues and yourself
- To work within other areas of Lords Group Trading from time to time when and if necessary
Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
