Description

Responsibilities & duties include but not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone in a timely manner
  • Chasing orders with carriers/suppliers
  • Providing customers with price and availability
  • Processing customer orders
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Participating in sales campaigns from time to time (no cold calling)
  • Develop the skills necessary to navigate parts identification software
  • Work closely with our warehouse and accounts departments
  • Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role
  • To adhere to Health and Safety standards according to the company policy for both customers, colleagues and yourself
  • To work within other areas of Lords Group Trading from time to time when and if necessary

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
