Most roles at Dimensional will be part of our bestofboth hybrid working model. This includes working together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and choosing to work in the office or remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This maximizes in person collaboration and interaction while simultaneously providing flexibility. This broad universal approach applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office. This Insight Day will provide ample opportunity to learn about what each function does at Dimensional and where you might find your perfect fit.

The Insight Day will consist of Q&A panels, presentations from our investment and sales channels as well as time dedicated to network with recent new joiners and senior leadership.

Our hope is that this event will provide you with an overview into the structure and day to day running of an asset management firm while also providing key insights into your future career opportunities within the industry and the skillsets required to succeed.
