JTP Joinery design, manufacture and install timber windows and doors across South Devon. We have built an enviable reputation, teaming excellent customer service with high performing products over the past ten years.

We are a successful growing company and as such are seeking someone with a progressive attitude, who understands and will strive to achieve the company's key aims and objectives.

Your time will be split between Personal Assistant to the Directors and as a Sales Support Advisor.


As a Personal Assistant you will work closely with the Sales Director and Operations Director, enabling the best use of their time by dealing with organisational and administrative tasks in an efficient and precise manner.


As a Sales Support Advisor, you will work closely with the Sales Director to learn our estimating software and product range.

In time, working independently to produce quotations, liaise directly and confidently with customers and arranging the Sales Directors appointments diary.


Whilst supporting the Directors, you will also work with our Project Managers and Production Manager to benefit the company's communication and growth.


The role:

Screening enquiries and phone calls, dealing with and delegating as necessary

Learning the knowledge required to confidently quote and discuss projects with customers

Scheduling appointments and meetings with customers, ensuring the Directors are well prepared.

Carry out general administrative tasks when necessary

Meet and greet the occasional visitor and walk-ins in a friendly precise manner

Book travel and accommodation

Maintain and post on the Company social media platforms

Provide general support to the Directors and wider Company to meet the demands of the business


Essential skills:

Demonstrate high IT Skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Social Media

Must have great customer service skills and telephone manner

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

Attention to detail and problem solving attitude

Written and verbal communication skills

A problem solving, can-do attitude

Ability and willingness to learn our services and products


Job type:

Full time, Contract


Salary:

Starting salary of £21,450 per annum

Monday to Friday, hours per week)
