We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our expanding Property Damage team in our Manchester office.

We have an established and well-respected group of lawyers with our Property Damage Team who advise some of the UK's largest insurers and their underwriters on all classes of property damage claims.

This includes multi-million pound claims for fire, infrastructure damage, flood damage, building defect claims, Party Wall Act disputes as well as subsidence.

This involves claims under a full suite of property policies to include commercial combined covers, property owners risks and Construction All Risks cover.

Our policy coverage claims involve advice on non-disclosure and fair presentation of risk, breach of conditions and also fraud.

We are keen to hear from excellent communicators, litigators and confident negotiators. Together with excellent commercial acumen, we look for experience at resolving disputes through various forms of ADR.
