As our People Operations Coordinator, your mission will be to provide support for all elements of the employee journey at TransferGo (full employee lifecycle administration, payroll, employee benefits, HRIS management, policies, and processes). This role will suit someone who has a strong background in People Administration and has coordinated or assisted in People Projects.


The
People Operations Coordinator reports to the People Operations Manager and will be joining an exciting and fast-paced team consisting of 2 People Operations Specialists based in Lithuania and Poland.

The role will support the business with scaling and will support the People Operations Manager and team with a number of exciting People Team projects.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.



Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key contact for all peoplerelated queries and build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Coordination and processing of employee documentation globally throughout the full employee life cycle including contract of employment preparation, contract amendments, and filing of signed documents. Maintaining employee personnel files.
  • Manage payroll administration and ensure the efficiency of payroll processes for all sites
    . Ensure data is accurate, and updated when necessary and ensure timely payroll execution. You will be the main point of contact for employees for payrollrelated questions.
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits globally, help with benefit renewals, manage benefit administration for all regions and answer employee queries.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with different functions of the business in order to optimise the way work. Proactively drive employee selfservice implementation and streamline processes.
  • Guiding employees on our company policies and HR processes.
  • Coordinate and assist on People Projects to ensure timely completion and success of projectS
  • Providing the business with important analytics from our HR systems, administering reports from HiBob (HRIS) to our managers and leaders within the business.
  • Manage the full cycle of the relocation process. Provide guidance to managers on planned costs, the process and timeline. Consult new hires on required documents and processes. Liaise with migration institutions and legal representatives.
  • Own and update TransferGo internal policies and related procedures.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team (People Partners, Workplace Experience, Talent Acquisition) when delivering the best possible employee experience across lifecycle stages: onboarding, performance, compensation & rewards, learning & development, offboarding etc.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a People Administrator, People Specialist or People Associate in a fastpaced environment, ideally within a startup or scaleup business
  • Sound understanding of UK employment law (knowledge of laws in different european countries would be an advantage)
  • Handson experience working with a HRIS (Hibob desired)
  • Proven experience of streamlining processes or process improvement
  • Has the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload, can be flexible and adapt to business needs
  • Solid communication skills
  • Coordinating People Projects to ensure timely completion and success of projects
  • Experience in handling confidential and complex information, acting with a high level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive data
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering best in class employee experience
