Monday - Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Establish a full understanding of the customer account.
- Maintain consistent contact with the customer and inform them on all relevant developments.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service and go above and beyond to meet requirements.
- Record and update all customer information onto the internal CRM system.
- Provide regular check in's and up to date order/account status information.
- Understand and capture any account issues/complaints or otherwise and manage accordingly.
- Collate customer experience information to obtain feedback.
- Relay customer experience information to the Customer Services Manager, RSM's, and ASM's as applicable.
- Liaise closely with colleagues and other departments to fully service the accounts.
- Monitor customer stock levels and action cleansing exercises if needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to help generate new business with the customer.
- Be aware of all customer pricing and debit issues.
- Work closely with sales to flag and help resolve pricing issues.
- Work closely with credit control to assist with customer debit queries and resolutions.
- First class customer service skills.
- Well organised, able to prioritise workload and have a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, selfassured, and able to handle potentially difficult situations.
- Able to display discretion and search for solutions to issues.
- Able to analyse situations and give balanced well considered feedback and suggestions.
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and navigate a Salesforce CRM system.
