Description

We require an outgoing and friendly customer service representative to join our new Nova Bathrooms team in the North East.

Nova Bathrooms are package bathroom specialists. We supply and fit complete bathrooms from ceiling to floor and everything in between.

You will be office based and duties will include:

  • Supporting our sales team with follow up calls and bookings.
  • Advising customers about our products and services.
  • Assisting with basic admin.
  • General customer service and aftercare.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Houghton le Spring: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
