Customer Success Manager | London | Remote | Salary up to £50k + Commission

Location:
Remote with occasional travel into their London office

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with recruitment experience to join their growing team. You will have worked in a SaaS software company selling to recruitment companies.

They are at the beginning of their journey and as oneof the early members of the team you will play a key part in their journey.

Our client's software is a unique people analytics platform that has three key products: Culture, Performance and Recruitment.

Each of these products are designed to enable the user to gain a unique insight into individual and team performance.

In this roleyou will set and execute the strategic customer success and customer success plans for the next three years to drive the customer adoption of the products.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • The role will report to the Head of Customer Success and you will be responsible for the customer onboarding and the customer management.
  • You will be building an effective and professional customer success process and customer success team to maintain a base of loyal customers.
  • Building a successful and skilled customer success process and team to retain a loyal customer base.
  • Manage the recruitment group partners to maximum customer success traction in each group and a highquality commercial relationship.
  • Constantly developing meaningful relationships at the enterprise level.

Experience

  • Extensive Customer Success experience for a tech company.
  • Having a strong executive presence and a natural tendency to build relationships with C-Suite/Leadership levels larger organisations.
  • Experience in Sales and/or Account Management.
  • Previously worked within a recruitment company or/and a software company selling to recruitment companies.
  • Demonstrable experience in defining metrics and focusing on driving longterm customer value.
