Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for a Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their close-knit team in Brentwood.

The ideal individual must have experience in listing properties and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our client focuses on providing excellent customer service whilst maximising profits and sales, therefore, the successful Sales Negotiator/Valuer must have a proven track record of being a top sales negotiator.

The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will involve:

Successfully negotiating offers
Arrange and attend viewings
Driving the business forward
Valuing and winning new instructions
Provide excellent customer service

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will have:

Experience working as a sales negotiator
Strong customer service skills
Driven and passionate about property
Friendly approach
Team player
Must be highly selfmotivated
A driving license with own vehicle

In return, our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer the following:

Basic salary of £20,000 (May go higher for the right individual)
Realistic OTE is between £35,000£45,000 (Uncapped)
Ongoing training and support
Career progression
