Bakkavor Spalding operates three factories on the same site in Spalding, Lincolnshire, employing over 600 people.

These factories specialise in making salad accompaniments such as coleslaw and pasta salads, sandwich wraps and food to go salads as well as a soups, sauces, dips and meals.

The role:

The purpose of the Supply Chain Administrator role is to assist with the administration of Logistics, Planning and Materials Control teams
To effectively administer the daily running of a fast moving Supply Chain function.
To support the function in ensuring materials are available in the right place and right time to deliver production plans.
To support the delivery of key tasks across all functions.

Role Accountabilities:

Support the generation of daily production and labour plans.
Liaise with all Supply Chain teams on a daily basis relating to any issues which may arise with the material supply and coordinate availability
Ensure all deliveries are booked in with current purchase order onto Protean, correct pallet count and on expected due date in conjunction with updating expected delivery report
Support with the delivery of the department KPI & PIP targets
Be competent in all adminstrative system activities associated with the Supply Chain function
Be adaptable and able to support all other aspects of the Supply Chain functions when required
Process orders for supply to site and order material / packaging from other site functions
