Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide engineers with the appropriate quantity of input to ensure customer satisfaction and technical compatibility.
  • Act as a point of contact for business stakeholders, the development team, and any external partners about system functioning.
  • Select, create, document, and clearly communicate business needs
Skills & Qualifications

  • Sufficient Salesforce business analysis experience (5+ Years)
  • Jira experience
  • Has track record of leading teams, mentoring/coaching teams
