We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support our Foodbank Team. This flexible role will provide crucial support to a service providing holistic anti-poverty support in the borough of Lambeth.


Waterloo Foodbank (a part of the Lambeth Foodbanks Partnership) provides emergency food parcels to individuals and families in our community who are struggling with the cost-of-living and acute financial crises.

This role is a chance to make a real difference in Waterloo, and to be a part of a movement that strives to end the need for foodbanks in our community.


Key responsibilities of this role will be:

  • General administrative tasks that support the operation of the foodbank, including using databases
  • Support the management of the foodbank communications plans
  • Support the design of resources, including case studies and 'good news stories'
  • Represent Waterloo Foodbank at all times, including sharing its vision, mission, and values

The successful post holder must have:

  • Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths Level
  • Experience of working in administration
  • Experience working with varying database and IT systems

£26,576 PER ANNUM FOR 1 FTE - PRO RATA
