FULL TIME POST

SALARY:
SCALE 4 POINT £28,128 - £30,309 FTE)

ACTUAL

SALARY:
£21,399 - £23,059 PRO RATA
**32.5 HOURS PER WEEK, TERM TIME ONLY (39 WEEKS)
We are seeking to employ dedicated teaching assistants who are motivated to do

the best for children within EYFS and in KS1/KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for a

well-spoken, talented and dedicated individual willing to join a dynamic team. The

children in Early Years and in KS1/KS2. They will be confident in their ability to support

and inspire children and foster their enthusiasm for learning.

Have a positive, enthusiastic approach with an energy and passion for

working with young children,

Have excellent communication skills who maintains positive relationships with

pupils, staff and parents/carers,

Have experience of working with children with SEN,
Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and selfdirection

when needed,

Be calm and patient,
Have determination and drive to ensure that every pupil fulfils their full

potential,

Be flexible, adaptable, embracing new ideas and have a proactive

approach,

Have a commitment to achieving high standards.
