We are currently recruiting an
Operations Co-ordinator to join our Head Office team in Bolton.


As an Operations Co-ordinator, you will have good personal and communication skills, be able to work unsupervised and possess good team player qualities.


Hours:


  • 42 hours per week
  • 4 on/off (days)
  • Days, Weekends and Bank Holidays

Reporting To:

Service Delivery Manager


The Role:


  • Managing and scheduling of rosters using workforce management software, ensuring all staff are scheduled for their shifts correctly.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Reviewing hand over reports, dealing with any issues and if required, referring to the relevant team.
  • Scheduling mobile patrols, response duties and jobs using our response scheduling software system.
  • Ensure that all periods of sickness, blow outs, no shows, and any other short notice absences are covered promptly with suitable staff.
  • Report all impending shortfalls in cover.
  • Liaising closely with Service Delivery Managers, Supervisors and Management Team as required.
  • Monitoring and responding to missed welfare check call alerts.
  • Monitoring and responding to lone worker system alerts and activation's.
  • Completing various admin duties such the typing of Assignment Instructions and other general admin duties.

  • Hold a current valid SIA licence (
    minimum Security Guarding)

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Experience in a similar role is
