This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading industry experts as part of a dynamic team working in the Business Support System area.

This position is fast-paced, challenging and rewarding, with plenty of opportunities for development and learning.


Within this critical role, you'll ensure the successful delivery of key projects aligned to Discover where you will have daily interactions with technical resources, projects, workstreams and other delivery areas ensuring the effective planning and delivery of technology and change through regular co-ordinated releases.


This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in one of our Manchester, Sheffield or Reading offices to be expected on a weekly basis.

Who we are

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Highly capable with a background in IT and Transformation and Change including Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience of analysing, assessing, and resolving complex risks and issues to delivery roadmaps identifying opportunity and enablers.
  • Awareness of VirginMedia02 Commercial offerings and processes.
  • Experience in working with Vendors and Partners to achieve common goals and outcomes within complex change roadmaps and environments.
The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Awareness of Pega Technologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL delivery framework.
  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Willingness to support Overnight deployments.
