Stockroom Coordinator key responsibilities**:


  • Efficiently and accurately manage and organise all product samples.
  • Implement and maintain a barcoded scanning system.
  • Coordinate all sample requests, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
  • Perform regular stock checks, manage stock replenishment, and rework samples to meet various requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the Hong Kong office to maintain a fully stocked and organised sample room.

Stockroom Coordinator skills & requirements**:


  • Competent computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills, wellorganised, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive with excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Aspiration to succeed and make a difference in a highgrowth environment.
