Supervise and manage a team of civil workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
Oversee the construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and buildings
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement or corrective action
Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, budgeting, and resource allocation

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, extensive knowledge of Open reach and telecoms network essential
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Proficient in using construction software and tools for project management
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and adherence to safety regulations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
