Description

A global luxury retailer is looking to recruit an assistant manager to work in its flagship store in Birmingham airport.

The company is an iconic brand which is followed and loved by many people across the world.

The role of the deputy general manager will support the general manager to focus on the following areas; stock availability, shrinkage performance, inventory results, store standards and service.

You'll be responsible for maximizing contribution to EBITDA byproviding an efficient and compliant warehouse operation.

You'll proactively manage stock levels and stock integrity to ensure optimum levels in line with sales forecasts, promotional activity and customer demand.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £38,000 with a performance related quarterly bonus of up to 20% of your salary which will add up to £7,600 per year to your overall earnings.

You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within yourstore that you wouldn't necessarily get elsewhere. The company is always open to new ideas and will give you the chance to put these into practice.
