Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Finance Administrator for a market leading and well-respected business based in the outskirts of Glasgow.
The Company
This client is a growing logistics company based in the outskirts of Glasgow. They are looking for a new Finance Administrator to grow within the business.
The Role
***As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible to support the financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the finance record-keeping is accurate, deal with invoices, expense management, responsible for sourcing and purchasing, maintaining supplies and equipment.
You will be involved in the following duties:
- Ensure all invoices, purchases orders and payments are dealt with accurately
- Monitor outstanding payments and resolve
- Assisting and generating payments
- Have excellent communication skills
- Track and reconcile workshop expenses
- Ensure all financial controls are followed and implemented
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous finance or accounting experience is preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail

***The role of Accounts Payable Clerk is based in the outskirts of Glasgow and is offering the following package:
- Up to £27,000
- Annual bonus
