Duties:

Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
:

Organise the Directors Calendar
:

Book and manage all travel for the Director Business and Personal
:

Manage tasks and projects from start to finish
:

Organise events
:

Communicate on belhalf of the Director
:

Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
-
Min A-Level and or degree educated
:
-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
:
-
Proficiency in using Google Suite
:
-
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
:
-
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
