As part of our Help to Claim support work, you'll be working largely independently but with the support of our experienced Reading based team.

Your focus will be on building partnerships with local job centres, other Citizens Advice offices, user groups and other similar audiences with a view to raising awareness and improving access to our services for people who need them.
