Description
Our client, a business-scaling experts, is looking for a dynamic, organised and confident PA to join their close-knit team.The duties of the Personal Assistant will be varied but will include:
- Extensive diary management: managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing materials and agendas for highlevel meetings and managing followups.
- Booking meeting spaces and organising any client requests.
- Minutetaking, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and then distributed to necessary parties.
- Being the first point of contact for external agencies, such as marketing support agencies.
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence with precision.
- Ensuring all data and information is correctly recorded on a bespoke internal system (full training will be given).
- Streamlining and maintaining systems for seamless access to crucial information.
- A proven track record in a similar role with extensive diary management experience.
- A proven ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A cando attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.
