    We're Looking For

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
    • Confidence using basic IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
    • A formal barista training course will be provided.

    • Natural influencing skills with a knack for managing expectations.
    • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of food and beverages, including potential allergies or dietary restrictions.

    • Multitasking ability, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Problem-solving skills, addressing customer issues or resolving unexpected situations.

    Technical Requirements

    • Proficiency in various coffee brewing methods, including pulling espresso, steaming milk, and creating latte art.
    • Understanding of how to dial in espresso, adjust grind settings, and maintain consistent extraction.
    • Ability to create smooth, microfoam milk for latte art and other coffee beverages.
    • Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment.
