Job Scope

A Single Family Office ("SFO") is seeking a Private Equity Investment Associate directly report to the key shareholder to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate potential private equity investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence research and analysis for cases and projects that the company agrees to take on.
• Collect, analyze and evaluate research information using a variety of media and data platform, e.g. (listed) company public disclosures, the Internet, proprietary databases of major newspapers and journals and professional company and transaction database (e.g. Bloomberg, Pitchbook and Factset etc.).
• Perform qualitative and qualitative background research on the requested companies/individuals and their related associates and Identify relevant risks, discrepancies, and any information that requires great attention.
• Accurately summarize the collected data, conduct financial modelling, and present them in Chinese and English report.
• Review market news to keep track of market & industry trends and prepare daily News reports.
• Translate & Summarize Professional DD reports from English to Chinese.
• Work with deal execution team to compile industry analysis and generate market insights report to the management team

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above from a top tier University.
• At least 35 years of relevant with buyside investment and research experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English (and Chinese), other European language is a plus
• Strong ability to summarize information and produce accurate, highquality Chinese and English memos & reports.
• Strong valuations and modelling experience from investment banking, big 4 and/or a relevant buyside environment
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediately available is added advantage
• Willing to station in UK is a MUST

Language
Bilingual in English and written Mandarin Chinese is a plus.


Travel
This position requires at least 30% of time for domestic & international travel


Salary:
£26,383.34-£97,757.38 per year
