Sales Account Manager - Construction Distribution
Our client has been going and growing strong for decades boasting over 100m turnover.

This is great opportunity for someone within a commercial Sales or Account Management role looking to either move into the Construction industry or progress their careerwithin.

Industry Experience is not Required - Full and Ongoing Training Provided

NO COLD CALLING

Salary £23,000 to £30,000 PA depending on experience.
Bonus Scheme & Performance Incentives
Hours are 85 Mon-Fri with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Ideally full Drivers Licence and Transport
Commutable to either Southampton or Cardiff

Sales Account Manager - Construction Distribution
You will will act as first point of contact for our client's customer base, delivering the ultimate in customer service, develop robust relationships with key accounts and enhance sales and profitability within the branch

You will not be cold-calling - this is a sales and relationship management and customer service position working with existing and new clients and customers.

Sales Account Manager - Construction Distribution

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
At least 12 years of internal sales or account management experience
Confident on the phone and face to face with customers
Strong negotiation skills
Able to deliver good quality customer service
Passionate, enthusiastic and organised
Experience in salesdriven environments
IT literate
Knowledge of construction products desirable
Willing to learn and adapt our clients way
Selfstarter but also a team player

Salary & Application

Our client will offer a starting salary between £23,000- £30,000 per annum + bonus, pension, life insurance, share incentive scheme and routes to progress.
