Guest Services Manager, you can bring your passion and positive personality to this vibrant
Switchboard and Business Centre team.

We are looking for our
Guest Services Manager, who:

  • Reports to Front of House Manager
  • Liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals and responsible business targets are met
  • Has full operational knowledge of all procedures, with a strong working knowledge of Opera, Hotsos, Micros and Alcatel is preferrable, but not essential
  • Ensure that all procedures are current, and available to all team members at all times
  • Ensure smooth running of the department on a daytoday basis with effective communication internally and externally to the department with handover methods constantly monitored
  • Will manage and develop their team through planning and execution of payroll and rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and performance management
  • Provide leadership through leading by example
  • Clearly communicate both operational and strategic information, and ongoing customer feedback and ensure team members are trained and developed
  • Empower the Guest Services teams by providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings and coaching
  • Oversee the procurement of stationary and any other operational equipment required for the smooth operation of the Business Centre and the department
  • Assist the Front of House Manager with various projects and development.
  • To operationally support the Guest Services team during periods of peak demand and/or challenging staffing levels
  • Has previous
    Assistant Guest Services Manager or
    Guest Services Manager experience in a hotel
