Description
Reporting to the Head of Global Fixed Income eSales, the main responsibility of this role is to Maximise Client Inquiry and value of transactions executed through electronic channels.
  • Implement the ING digital strategy via electronic trading venues and other fintech offerings.
  • Understand client requirements in terms of products or execution venues and additional product features.
  • Ensure that all the routes for a client to send us their inquiry are open to them whether that is platform specific (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess etc) or functionality specific (Rates bonds, Rates Derivatives, Credit bonds or Repo; Developed or Emerging Markets).
  • Optimise enablement of clients who are enabled to trade with ING
  • Across platforms, Across Entities, Users / Broker Codes, Auto rejected clients etc.
  • Quarterly Reviews with Platforms
  • Track internal KPIs
  • Undertake day to day problem solving with internal users and external clients.
- Create efficient workflows (e.g. data, trading etc).
  • Use Data Intelligence tools such as Mosaic and internal dashboards to assist sales and trading with client insights.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders such trading as well as external platforms.
- Assist in project work related to facilitating new channels for client execution (e.g. additional ING entities, booking workflow changes etc.)
