Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests
Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement

Experience:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to clients
Detailoriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
