Working Pattern: 4 Mornings/week
Attributes

- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
- Computer Literate Including MS Office and able to become familiar with accounting/specialist software
- Able to communicate effectively with Management/customers/colleagues/suppliers
Responsibilities
- Manage filing system and records of the business, including accounting software
- Issue invoices, and follow up until paid
- Manage incoming correspondence
- Make VAT returns
- Ensure supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Schedule work for various customers
- Answer queries from suppliers
- Update supplier prices
- Schedule work for various customers
- Deal with farm correspondence, including cattle records and other admin as required
- Various other duties as required by Management
Essential Criteria
- 5 GCSEs Grade C or above including Maths & English
- Computer Literate
- Minimum 12 months Office Experience
- Competent in use of Sage book keeping
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using Accounts software
- Office management experience
- Construction industry experience
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
