£19,607pa Contract:

37 hours per week (39 weeks per year - Term Time plus one week of inset days)- Hours: 8.00am to 4.

Following the recent news that Orchards Academy has been awarded a new build by the Government we are very excited to be recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. We are looking for a highly passionate, enthusiastic and committed individual who shares our belief in providing these highest levels of education for all students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging issues with staff, parents and students
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to include time management
  • Able to work as part of a team but also confident in working individually without close supervision demonstrating initiative and proactivity
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all communication with the school community and other stakeholders
  • Experience in using or managing SIMS, or a similar database would be advantageousWorking for
