21 HOURS PER WEEK

We are recruiting for a
Events & Marketing Assistant to work onsite at one of our clients in
North London due to business growth.


Job Purpose


As Events & Marketing Assistant for Edmonton Green shopping centre, North London, you will work with the Account Director to develop the marketing strategy and delivery the marketing plans for Edmonton Green shopping centre specifically.


You will be required to support the Account Management team to ensure all work undertaken on behalf of Toolbox Marketing is delivered to a high standard.

An integrated and effective approach to all marketing activity and deliverables is required.


You will be an excellent communicator, master of time management, and ensure that all deadlines are met, delivering within budget.

You will be required to juggle multiple tasks for Edmonton Green from event management and retailer relations to report writing and much more.

No 2 days are the same.

You should ensure all work undertaken on behalf of Toolbox Marketing is delivered to a high standard. An integrated and effective approach to all marketing activity and deliverables is required.


Focus and responsibility


1 Responsible for the coordination, delivery, and reporting of marketing campaigns under instruction from the Account Director (Toolbox Marketing) and Centre Manager (Edmonton Green).

Including event management and liaising with community groups to deliver in centre activity.

2 Day-to-day responsibility and delivery for online and offline marketing.


Including, but not limited to:

  • Events planning and delivery with 3rd party suppliers
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Retailer relations
  • Charity initiatives
  • PR
  • Working with 3rd party suppliers for photography and videography
  • Media buying


3 Communications with the centre management team, tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders, focusing on building relationships with the tenants through face to face visits.

4 Working in partnership with the Content Manager to deliver, monitor, and measure social media across multiple channels, creating organic and engaging content on site

5 Working in partnership with the Digital Account Executive to ensure the website is up-to-date and fresh by adding events, offers vacancies and more

6 Working in partnership with the in-house studio to ensure the creative for all campaigns is on brand and delivers a clear message appropriate for the target audience

7 Physical marketing, including events and campaigns onsite. Planning and liaising with suppliers. Overseeing the events.

8 The main point of contact on-site for any marketing inquiries and queries.

9 Analysis, reporting, KPIs, and ROI for all marketing deliverables.

Relevant Experience:

Proven experience working in a marketing role

Experience planning and working at events


Knowledge of digital marketing and social media systems and tools such as: Sprout Social, WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or similar software(s).

Excellent communicator who is able to work at all levels both written and verbal.


Requirements:


  • Driving license and car to travel to the client location/live in a location reachable by public transport.
  • 2 years experience in a marketing role.

From £17,000.00 per year
