An exciting opportunity has come up to work for a multi-award-winning Financial Advisor, and my client is looking for a
Client Experience Executive (Private Wealth) to help deliver client services proposition by delivering a first-class support service to Private Client Partners


The Client Experience Executive will:


  • Manage relationship with Partners and become their first point of contact on any queries
  • Coordinate with Partners and Paraplanners to ensure that we are able to deliver against a clients expectations and underline any concerns or potential issues
  • Gain regular updates from the providers until the plan is in force or the investment has been made.
  • Make sure the client file is compliant
  • Prepare personalised client packs for Partners prior to client meetings.
  • Give regular updates to the partner and clients to ensure that the clients are kept completely up to date and value the service they are being provided
  • Provide general daytoday support to the appropriate partner

The Client Experience Executive would have experience of:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role within an advisory environment
  • Good knowledge of investments and pensions
  • Good track record developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Commitment to pass basic financial exam within 3 months of employment (internal exam)

This is a full time role, my client is based in Weybridge and offering a hybrid model of 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.
