Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dietitian to work in our community prescribing support service on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

This exciting post involves provision of a service to Nursing /Residential homes and the housebound, within our 5 Care Communities across the East of Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group.

This will include individual, holistic patient care and delivery of training for Nursing and care staff, and other Health Care professionals.

You will be working within the wider MDT, demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes and quality of care.

We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated dietitian who can demonstrate varied experience of different clinical conditions, good communication and organization skills.
