This is a rare opportunity to join the premier fitness brand F45 Training helping to launch and grow our new studio in the Canary Wharf area in London.


F45 Training is a global fitness community specialising in unique group workouts that are fast, fun and scientifically proven to promote rapid body transformation for customers.

The F45 workouts combine elements of functional training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training.

Born in Australia, it's the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world. The 'F' stands for Functional Training, the '45' for total class time (45 mins) and it's exploding in popularity. There are now 2,042 studios spanning 69 countries and over half a million F45 members around the world.


You will need to deliver an exceptional client service, help grow the business and build a community that keeps our members coming back every day.


You will also work closely with the Membership Manager to create and execute a lead generation/marketing strategy plan to grow fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Studio Growth + Retention:

  • Assist with presale events, studio events and community outreach ensuring membership acquisition and retention.
  • Lead initial and ongoing sales initiatives in relation to F45 Challenge.
  • Actively seek new membership opportunities and conducting referral/lead generation.
  • Help meet or exceed required performance metrics (KPI's).
  • Help manage incoming leads to generate the highest conversion rate possible
  • Contribute to social media/marketing content and planning.
Operations

  • Coach world class sessions (minimum of 20 hours per week).
  • Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times, and offering modifications as needed.
  • Complete client fitness appraisals and coordinating 45 Day Challenges.
  • Participate in the monthly F45 Athletics webinars.
  • Setup the studio for specific functional training classes.
  • Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.
  • Conduct inperson, goaloriented consultations with all trial members.
  • Conduct studio tours.
  • Complete administration associated with memberships (including incoming outgoing calls).
  • Manage the daily operations of the studio.
  • Manage studio operating expense and payroll budgets within targets.
  • Manage/coordinate vendors/suppliers.
  • Maintain topnotch cleanliness, appearance and organization of the studio.
  • Maintain serviceability of training equipment.
Community

  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Execute community calendar promotions and events.
  • Develop all F45 Challenge plans and execute all agreed plans.
Brand Recognition

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to F45 business policies and standards.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance with company standards.
Team Leadership

  • Help recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff.
  • Track and ensure accuracy of all mandatory education certifications/training for all trainers.
  • Plan and coordinate shift schedule and ensure the smooth running of a fully staffed daily class schedule.
  • Help prepare weekly and monthly reports for team based on Studio performance.

Qualifications:


  • Level 3 PT Qualifications
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
  • 2+ years of proven sales and operations experience preferably in the Health & Fitness industry
  • Comfort working with targets, budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, E14 9QF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Personal Training: 5 years (required)

  • Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Level 3 PT Qualification (required)
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
